The store is operated by Mert Retail Group LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States. It began as a one-person project built around a simple idea: the everyday objects on your counter should be useful and look good. We are still small and deliberate about what we add to the catalog.

We work with vetted suppliers and fulfillment partners so we can offer a focused range without heavy overhead. That keeps our prices fair and lets us introduce new pieces quickly. Because some items ship from partner warehouses, delivery can take a little longer than next-day retail. We show estimated timeframes on every product page and in our Shipping policy so there are no surprises.
