1. THE 14-DAY RETURN WINDOW

Mert Retail Group LLC ("Company") operates a strict fourteen (14) calendar day return policy for the e-commerce storefront aesthetify.shop ("Site"). This configuration refers to a framework where a return authorization request must be submitted to our compliance desk at info@aesthetify.shop within a maximum window of fourteen (14) days following the carrier-confirmed delivery timestamp of the package. Requests initiated outside this 14-day parameter are automatically deactivated by our system and will not be accepted.

2. ITEM CONFIGURATION AND ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return authorization, items must fulfill all of the following criteria upon physical reception at our warehouse facility:
(a) The merchandise must remain in its original, unaltered factory condition;
(b) The item must be completely unused, unworn, and unlaundered;
(c) All original product labels, security seals, and manufacturing tags must remain intact and attached;
(d) The unit must be enclosed inside its original branded product packaging;
(e) The return shipment must include the digital invoice, receipt, or original order confirmation identifier.

Items returning with signs of consumer wear, damage, or missing packaging structures will be rejected, and the unit will be discarded or returned to the buyer at their sole logistics expense.

3. RESTOCKING FEES AND DEDUCTIONS

A 14% restocking fee applies to all approved merchant returns. This surcharge is defined as a fixed operational deduction designed to offset reverse logistics processing, inventory evaluation, and secondary quality-control protocols. The 14% balance will be automatically calculated and deducted directly from the final aggregate refund settlement before capital transmission occurs.

4. EXCLUSIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE CLASSIFICATIONS

The following categories are explicitly excluded from return eligibility, regardless of condition:
(a) Standard clearance, promotional, or final-sale inventory assets;
(b) Custom-manufactured products, personalized items, or bespoke variants;
(c) Consumable goods, personal care items, or hygiene-sensitive products once the structural protective outer wrapping or seal has been breached;
(d) Hazardous compounds, flammable liquids, gases, or chemical components.

5. LOGISTICS AND RETURN SHIPPING

Return transport shipping fees are the exclusive responsibility of the customer. To initiate a reverse pipeline, follow this procedural execution chain:
(a) Submit an explicit request to info@aesthetify.shop to generate an authorized return token;
(b) Upon system approval, secure the items inside an appropriate protective shipping container;
(c) Dispatch the package using a certified, trackable carrier service to the dedicated return facility address provided in your authorization confirmation.

Mert Retail Group LLC accepts zero liability for return packages that are lost, damaged, or delayed during reverse transit. Using an un-tracked shipping method will result in the immediate forfeiture of the return claim if the carrier fails to verify delivery to our facility. Unauthorized drop-shipping packages returned directly to the manufacturer without an active return token are automatically rejected.

6. RECEPTION, INSPECTION, AND REFUND SETTLEMENTS

Upon physical reception at our fulfillment node, our engineering team completes a full quality assurance inspection within five (5) business days. You will receive an automated email notification confirming the approval or rejection state of your return token.

Following an approved state evaluation, the refund calculation sequence executes immediately:
(a) The 14% restocking fee is deducted from the base item cost;
(b) The remaining net capital is transmitted back to the original credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay token database via Stripe's encrypted API;
(c) Processing timelines are subject to banking network clearing frameworks. Capital distributions typically post to your statement within five (5) to seven (7) business days. If the settlement has not settled within ten (10) business days post-approval, contact your issuing bank's card management division.

7. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PROVISIONS

Notwithstanding the general terms detailed above, if the customer-facing delivery point is located inside the jurisdiction of the European Union, the consumer possesses a statutory right to cancel or return the order transaction within fourteen (14) days for any reason and without explicit justification. The product state constraints, 14% restocking deductions, and trackable reverse logistics criteria detailed in Section 2 and Section 3 remain fully applicable to all EU cooling-off reverse shipments.

8. TRANSIT DAMAGES AND PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Buyers must audit all incoming parcels upon physical handover. In the event an item arrives damaged in transit, defective, or represents an incorrect product variant, you must contact info@aesthetify.shop within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Submissions must include photographic proof of the damaged shipping container and the defective unit. Approved damage assessments bypass the standard restocking deduction protocol.

9. EXCHANGES

The Company does not maintain an active exchange pipeline. To exchange an asset variant, register a standard return request to claim your net refund capital, and execute a fresh, independent transaction for the preferred item directly on aesthetify.shop.

10. CHARGEBACK PREVENTION PROTOCOL

Customers agree to engage in good-faith resolution by submitting all issues directly to our technical support line at info@aesthetify.shop or +1 307 296 1963 before opening an official chargeback dispute with a credit card issuer or financial institution. Mert Retail Group LLC logs comprehensive tracking telemetry, digital platform signatures, and delivery validation data. This telemetry is automatically forwarded to merchant acquisition banks to challenge unauthorized or fraudulent payment reversals.
