Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, we are here to help.
30-day returns
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Email info@aesthetify.shop with your order number and the items you would like to return. We reply within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The only exception is when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In that case we cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it to your account.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene reasons, some personal-care items cannot be returned once opened. Any final-sale items are clearly marked on the product page.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
