Shipping

We process orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Dispatch notifications with tracking numbers are sent automatically by email.

These are carrier estimates and may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping charge. We are unable to predict or cover these fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, email us at info@aesthetify.shop within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Do not file a carrier or bank dispute before contacting us — we resolve these significantly faster.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email). Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, email info@aesthetify.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or was incorrectly sent.

A restocking fee of up to 14% of the item value may apply to non-defective returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add 2–5 additional business days before the credit appears on your statement.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
