Track Your Order

Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout to get a real-time status update on your shipment.

Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email (format: #XXXXX). Make sure to use the same email address you provided at checkout.

Didn't Receive a Tracking Email?

Tracking information is sent automatically once your order dispatches from our facility. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days of your order date, please check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us at info@aesthetify.shop with your order number.

Understanding Tracking Statuses

Order Confirmed — We've received your order and it's in our processing queue.

Dispatched / In Transit — Your order has left our facility and is with the carrier. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Out for Delivery — Your package is with the local carrier and scheduled for delivery today.

Delivered — The carrier has marked your package as delivered. If you haven't received it, check with neighbours, building reception, or any safe drop location first. If the package is still missing after 3 business days, contact us.

United States: 3–5 business days · Canada: 7–12 · UK: 5–9 · EU: 6–10 · Australia/NZ: 7–12 · Asia: 6–10 · Middle East: 7–12 · South America: 8–15 · Africa: 10–18. All timelines are from dispatch date, not order date.
