These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Aesthetify website (aesthetify.shop) and any purchase made through it. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Company Information

The Aesthetify store is operated by Mert Retail Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company registered under Wyo. Stat. §§ 17-29-101 et seq., with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are legally authorised to use the payment method provided. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments. We do not store raw card data — all payment information is tokenised and handled in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt of the returned item. Full terms are set out on the Shipping & Returns page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mert Retail Group LLC's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or any products purchased through it.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Mert Retail Group LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
