Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely by Shopify Payments. We do not store raw card data — all payment information is tokenised in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders enter our fulfilment queue immediately. If you need to modify or cancel, contact us at info@aesthetify.shop within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to intercept it, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfilment has begun.
Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout and a separate shipping confirmation with your tracking number once your order dispatches.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination. United States: 3–5 business days. Canada: 7–12 business days. UK: 5–9 business days. EU: 6–10 business days. Australia/New Zealand: 7–12 business days. All times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
How do I track my order?
Your shipping confirmation email contains your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your order number and email address.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Final sale items are not eligible for return. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The credit will appear on your original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us at info@aesthetify.shop within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Disputes
What should I do before filing a chargeback with my bank?
Please contact our support team first at info@aesthetify.shop or +1 307 296 1963. We resolve the vast majority of issues quickly and directly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first delays your resolution and may affect your ability to purchase from us in the future. We are always willing to make things right.
